So - I'm now realizing that the auto-renewal blurb was part of the payment consolidation contract. None of the emails talked about the auto renew. When I asked what the penalty was - I thought I was asking if anytime in the three year period - I had no idea they had included the auto-renew because it was never mentioned in the email - only appeared on the contract.
But never received and update when the one server was changed. And August 2024 it was cancelled no contract then either.
No email renewal info in 2021 either.

My response:
This sounds interesting. Can you explain what penalties there are if cancelling a server prior to the end of the term? Is payment still monthly - or is prepayment for the full term?
Thanks,
Jamie

Thank you for replying. The penalty for canceling before the term ends is a payout of the remaining time left on the contract. Payment will be monthly, it looks like you are getting 2 invoices. We can either combine to one invoice or continue to bill 2 invoices with the discounts. There is no catch or gimmicks other than saving you money. There will be no changes to your current configurations and if you need to upgrade in the future you will can do that as well. If you will like to see an official quote please let me know and I will send out.
Thanks,
Kalvin Aldana
