At this point - I realized that some major updating would need to be done and Inap could not handle the migration:

After calling this guy - the costs were going to be in the $2,000-$5,000 range.
At this point I was really done with this company and didn't want to enter any new contract.

Good afternoon, Jamie, hope you’re doing well.
Is this migration still something that is on your radar, or has this taken a backseat to other items? As a reminder, the CentOS End of Life is coming in June, so I want to make sure you have enough time to get things moved, and not be faced with any security risks from an out of date OS.

I requested a cancellation of this server on 12/27/24 - I thought it was earlier. Contract renewed in October 2024.
Started having server issues in January - several support tickets. 2 main tickets documenting server slow and server glitches.
