Second server (elite) upgrade (9/2021)
When I cancelled the old server to set this one up I got this:
We have reviewed your agreement for terms and conditions. This agreement is currently on a MTM auto renewing contract. This would give you an effective date of cancellation of September 24, 2021.
No ETFs will apply.

In 2021 - second server had an impending driver failure and needed an upgrade - this is our Elite server - other server was a Pro server.

I can get this quoted out now. Apologies for the delay. I was waiting on some answers internally but see they replied to the thread.
Also, would you consider renewing this on a 36 month term? We might be able to get you more favorable pricing.
